The hotel had great room rates and was conveniently located within walking distance to the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful with any inquiries. the rooms were comfortable and also nicely decorated.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which made it difficult for us to stay connected and work efficiently during our business trip. Although there was no elevator in the building, it wasn't much of an issue for us since we had light luggage and it was good exercise.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city. It's also close to many restaurants and shops. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. the hotel provides free Wi-Fi and the breakfast is delicious.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the TV remote not working correctly and the flush mechanism in the bathroom needing attention.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and it was fabulous! The rooms were so cozy and well-decorated, and the staff was beyond friendly. The location was perfect- just a few steps away from the city center, so it was easy to explore the city and all its attractions. The breakfast was delicious and made complete with the freshest coffee. The hospitality offered at this hotel was top-notch.

Although the hotel was amazing, there were a few things I didn't like. The Wi-Fi was substandard, and I had essential work to complete that was difficult as a result of the slow connection.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, city location was convenient, clean facilities, comfortable room.
